The project is an architect designed complete modernisation which brought the property up to the latest standards of design with some unique elements and innovation. A J Field element of the works;

Extensions to front and rear elevations.

Removal of existing dormer window and new smaller dormers.

Complete removal and replacement of the roof coverings.

Overhaul of external facades including new composite aluminium / timber windows rendering and cedar cladding.

Internal structural work to allow open plan living.
